RETURN POLICY
Non-custom jewelry can be exchanged:
Custom orders can not be exchanged, this includes items that have been
custom sized.
Online jewelry purchases can be exchanged in-person at the Baltimore
shop following the return policy described above.
Non-custom jewelry can be exchanged:
- Within seven days of purchase
- With a receipt
- For store credit
- Exceptions will be noted at time of purchase. For example, some
clearance items are non-exchangeable.
